1. Privacy, Security, and Account Information
We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Easybidhub, you acknowledge that while we strive for security, no online service can be completely private or free from risks. Be mindful of what information you share.
Creating an account with Easybidhub is essential for many of our features. You can set up a Company Account and link individual User Accounts for team members. It’s your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide, keep it up-to-date, and safeguard your passwords.
Each individual is allowed one User Account, and sharing accounts is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, let us know immediately. We’re not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized account use, but we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
When registering a Company Account, you’ll need to provide documentation like a resale certificate, VAT ID, Business Tax ID, or equivalent, based on your location. This confirms your status as a reseller. By submitting this, you authorize Easybidhub to use and replicate this documentation as needed for transactions on our platform.
2. Content
Easybidhub serves as a platform connecting buyers and sellers of inventory. We do not sell inventory directly nor are we a party to any transactions between buyers and sellers. Our role is to provide the tools and platform necessary for these transactions to occur. Easybidhub does not inspect inventory, nor do we make any representations or guarantees regarding the condition, quality, or accuracy of the information provided by sellers. Additionally, we do not endorse any buyer or seller. As a user, you should carefully review all details provided by the seller about the inventory and use your judgment before placing bids or making purchases.
All content on Easybidhub, including text, images, logos, designs, and code (collectively “Content”), is either owned by or licensed to Easybidhub and is protected under intellectual property laws. This includes the design, organization, and overall look and feel of our platform. The Easybidhub name, logo, and any associated branding are trademarks of Easybidhub and may not be used without prior written permission. Other trademarks that may appear on the platform belong to their respective owners.
You are not permitted to reproduce, copy, publish, or distribute any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from Easybidhub. Accessing our platform does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is outlined in these terms.
3. Your Use of the Services
Through our platform, we provide access to data and information related to inventory listed for sale, including descriptions, bids, pricing, and other relevant details (“Listing Data”). You may use this data strictly to help you evaluate and bid on inventory listed on Easybidhub.
The following activities are prohibited without prior written consent from Easybidhub:
• Recording, storing, or copying Listing Data for purposes beyond evaluating inventory.
• Sharing, publishing, or distributing Listing Data or reports derived from it.
• Using Listing Data for securities trading or incorporating it into product pricing tools.
Additionally, when using our services, you must not:
• Reverse engineer, decode, or alter any part of our platform or bidding tools.
• Use automated tools (e.g., bots or scrapers) to access or collect information from our platform.

• Use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Easybidhub, its users, or providers.
• Engage in shill bidding, collusion, or attempts to manipulate auction outcomes.
• Circumvent the platform by completing transactions or payments directly with sellers outside of Easybidhub.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide through our platform, including during bidding and purchase processes, is accurate and truthful.
Easybidhub retains the right to:
1. Modify, suspend, or terminate access to the platform or its services at any time.
2. Make changes to the platform, its features, or its policies without prior notice.
3. Interrupt platform operations for maintenance or improvements as needed.
Our platform is designed for use by individuals 18 years or older. By using Easybidhub, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally allowed to enter into binding agreements.
4. Terms of Bidding
4.1 Definitions
• “Contract Sale Listing” refers to a listing on the EasyBidHub platform that determines the highest bidder and sets the price for an agreement to purchase inventory in installments over a set period (a “Contract Sale Agreement”).
• “Contract Sale Program Terms” refer to the guidelines outlined in Schedule A that govern Contract Sale Agreements. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Bidding and the Contract Sale Program Terms, the latter will take precedence for Contract Sale Listings and Agreements.
• “Completed Purchase” is achieved when:
• The buyer provides all requested purchase details to the seller in the manner described in the notification.
• The full purchase amount has been paid as specified in the notification.
• “Extended Listing” occurs when bidding time is extended by 1–10 minutes if a bid is placed during the last 0–10 minutes of the listing. Extensions may happen multiple times.
• “Installment” means one of several transactions under a Contract Sale Agreement where the purchase and shipment of inventory occur in stages.
• “Listing Data” includes descriptions and other details about inventory posted on the EasyBidHub platform. These details may be adjusted or corrected at any time by EasyBidHub or the seller, and such updates will apply to any bids placed afterward.
• “Contract Sale Agreement” is an arrangement to buy inventory through multiple installments, based on a set price, under a Contract Sale Listing.
• “Contract Sale Agreement Notification” is the message sent to notify a buyer that they have won a Contract Sale Agreement. If there’s a conflict between a Winning Bid Notification and a Contract Sale Agreement Notification, the latter will govern.
• “Contract Sale Agreement Terms” outline the specific details of a Contract Sale Agreement between the buyer and the seller.
• “Promotional Content” refers to all materials, ads, or descriptions provided by the seller in connection with these terms or listings on the EasyBidHub platform.
4.2 Listing Process
4.2.1 Inventory
The inventory offered on EasyBidHub includes customer returns and company stock, which may have been previously shipped. Conditions of inventory vary, and standard designations will be listed in the Listing Data. Discrepancies between the actual inventory and the descriptions in the Listing Data may occur, usually within a 5% range for quantity, value, or the proportion of damaged items. Sellers may include specific variance terms in their listings. Accessories (e.g., remotes, cables, manuals) may not always be included.
4.2.2 Listing Process
• Inventory is sold via a competitive bidding process (“Listing”). Bidders must:
• Place bids at or above the minimum opening bid or the current highest bid.
• Increase their bid by at least one increment over the current bid.
• Submit bids before the listing’s scheduled closing time (including any extensions).
• If your bid is the highest at the end of the listing or tied but placed earlier than equivalent bids, it becomes the “Winning Bid.” A notification email will confirm your win and act as proof of purchase. It is your responsibility to keep your email updated and check it regularly for notifications. EasyBidHub is not liable for undelivered notifications due to technical or other issues.
4.2.3 Winning Bids
Winning bidders must finalize their purchase by paying the total amount (including taxes and fees) within two (2) business days of the notification or as specified in the seller’s terms. Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the inventory and account deactivation. EasyBidHub reserves the right to:
1. Offer the inventory to the next highest bidder.
2. Re-list the inventory for a new auction.
3. Buyers are responsible for all taxes, shipping fees, and related costs.
4.2.4 Deactivation and Cancellations
EasyBidHub reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts or cancel listings and purchases at its discretion, including post-payment cancellations if necessary.
4.2.5 Inspection and Acceptance
Buyers have five (5) business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from receipt of inventory to inspect and report any discrepancies. To do so, click “REPORT AN ISSUE” in your account and submit a discrepancy report. Failure to report within the inspection period will constitute acceptance of the inventory, waiving any claims.
All sales are final.
4.3 Payment and Shipping
4.3.1 Payment Terms
Buyers are responsible for all applicable fees, taxes, and payments as specified in the listing or notification. Payments must be completed in cleared funds before shipment. EasyBidHubsupports payment methods like credit cards, ACH, or other region-specific methods. Any errors in payment details provided by the buyer are their sole responsibility.
4.3.2 Shipping
Shipping terms will be outlined in each listing. EasyBidHub and sellers are not responsible for losses or damage during shipping or for shipping arrangements made directly between buyers and sellers.
4.3.3 Canceled Bids
EasyBidHub reserves the right to cancel bids or purchases due to listing errors, inaccuracies, or fraud concerns. Buyers will be notified in such cases.
4.4 Contract Sale Agreements
For Contract Sale Listings, the terms in this section may be supplemented by or superseded by the Contract Sale Program Terms and the specific terms of any Contract Sale Agreement.
4.5 Disclaimer
EasyBidHub does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any promotional content. Buyers agree that EasyBidHub is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or losses resulting from promotional content or reliance on such materials.
5. User Submissions, Feedback, and Information
By providing feedback, comments, suggestions, or any other submission related to EasybidHub’s services, either directly through our platform or indirectly (e.g., via designated hashtags on third-party social media), you acknowledge that such submissions are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Submissions will be treated as public information and may be shared across platforms and used by Easybid Hub as outlined in these Terms.
If your submission constitutes feedback or suggestions, you agree to irrevocably assign all rights, titles, and interests in such material to Easybid Hub, granting us unrestricted, royalty-free, and perpetual rights to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute this content. For any other submissions, you grant Easybid Hub a worldwide, perpetual license to utilize them as outlined in these terms.
When posting reviews or comments about Sellers (“Reviews”), you agree to avoid any material deemed inappropriate, false, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable (“Prohibited Content”) in Easybid Hub’s sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to:
1. Content that violates these Terms of Use.
2. Personal information of others.
3. References to legal actions or disputes.
4. Attempts to manipulate Seller ratings unfairly.
5. Commentary about factors outside the Seller’s control.
Solicitation of business outside Easybid Hub’s platform.
Easybid Hub reserves the right to refuse or remove Reviews containing Prohibited Content without notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination. While Easybid Hub may monitor platform activity, it assumes no obligation to review all content, and we disclaim liability for any user-generated content.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to allow Easybid Hub to use it and that the material complies with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your submissions.
6. Copyright Policy
Easybid Hub respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes copyright, please refer to our Easybid Hub Copyright Infringement Policy for guidance on how to report such issues.
7. References to Third Parties and Links to Other Sites

8. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity
All services, content, and inventory on Easybid Hub are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a specific purpose. Easybid Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its services.
We are not liable for damages or losses arising from:

• Viruses or malware linked to platform use.
• Technical glitches, bugs, or inaccuracies.
• User actions or third-party content.
• Suspension or termination of your account.
Easybid Hub’s liability, if any, is strictly limited to the actual purchase price of inventory involved in a specific transaction. This limitation applies regardless of the type of claim and survives each transaction. By using our services, you waive unknown claims, including under California Civil Code Section 1542.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easybid Hub, its affiliates, and its employees or agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
1. Your use of Easybid Hub’s platform.
2. Violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
3. Infringement of third-party rights.
4. Negligence or intentional misconduct.
5. Disputes with other users or third parties.
This indemnity survives any transaction conducted on the platform. Easybid Hub reserves the right to participate in the defense of any claim and must approve any settlement imposing obligations on us.
9. Violation of These Terms of Use
EasyBidHub reserves the right to disclose any information about you (including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation or complaint regarding your use of our platform. This may include identifying, contacting, or initiating legal action against anyone causing harm or interference (whether intentional or unintentional) with EasyBidHub’s rights or property, or those of other users.
EasyBidHub may disclose such information if deemed necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests. We also reserve the right to share information with companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes when appropriate.
If EasyBidHub determines that you have violated these Terms of Use or any other guidelines associated with the platform, we may, at our sole discretion, and without prior notice, take actions including but not limited to:
• Terminating your access to the platform and services;
• Deactivating your account;
• Blocking future access to the services.
You agree to immediately discontinue use of the platform and destroy all content downloaded or otherwise obtained from EasyBidHub if your access is terminated. Any violation of these terms may cause irreparable harm to EasyBidHub, entitling us to seek injunctive or equitable relief without limiting other legal remedies.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Mandatory Mediation: If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller on EasyBidHub regarding the quantity, quality, or type of inventory, both parties must first attempt to mediate through EasyBidHub Mediation. No party may pursue legal action without first participating in mediation unless one party refuses to do so. If mediation fails, arbitration may be initiated as outlined in this section.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of law principles and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Arbitration Clause:
You agree that disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use will be resolved through binding arbitration instead of court litigation, unless eligible for small claims court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. To initiate arbitration, written notice must be sent to EasyBidHubat our registered address:
7821 Alabama Ave, Suite #1, Canoga Park, CA 91304.
The arbitration hearing will take place in the county where the initiating party resides unless both parties agree otherwise. Claims valued under $10,000 may be resolved by telephone or written submissions.
No Class Arbitrations or Actions: Disputes will be handled individually. You waive your rights to participate in class arbitrations or actions, including representative proceedings.
Jurisdiction and Time Limit for Claims:
If legal action outside arbitration is necessary, claims must be filed within one year of the incident. Any lawsuit must be filed in state or federal courts in California.
11. Users Outside the United States and Prohibited Transactions
EasyBidHub operates from the United States, and services may not be available or appropriate for users outside the country. By using the platform, you agree to comply with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

12. Confidential Information
You acknowledge that EasyBidHub and/or a seller may provide bank account details or other sensitive information identified as confidential at the time of disclosure, or reasonably considered confidential based on the nature of the information and circumstances of disclosure (“Confidential Information”). By using our platform, you agree to:
Maintain confidentiality: Hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and not disclose it to any third party, except as permitted under these Terms of Use.
Limit use: Use the Confidential Information only for fulfilling obligations or exercising rights as outlined in these Terms of Use.
You may share Confidential Information with your employees, agents, or contractors who need access for legitimate purposes, provided they comply with these confidentiality obligations.
Confidential Information does not include information that:
Becomes publicly available through no fault of your own.

Is lawfully obtained from a third party without breach of any confidentiality obligation.
Is independently developed by you without relying on EasyBidHub’s or a seller’s Confidential Information.
If disclosure is required by law or court order, you must provide prior notice to EasyBidHub or the seller (if permitted by law) and cooperate with efforts to obtain confidential treatment for the information.
This section remains in effect after the completion of any transactions and the termination of these Terms of Use.
13. Miscellaneous
You may preserve these Terms of Use by printing or saving a copy for your records. By using the platform, you waive any requirement for these Terms of Use to exist in a separate written document.
You agree not to use, export, or re-export any content, products, or services from EasyBidHub in violation of applicable laws, including U.S. export regulations.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Both parties agree to replace invalid provisions with valid ones that closely reflect the original intent.
The section headings and divisions in these Terms of Use are for reference only and do not affect their interpretation.
These Terms of Use, along with the Privacy Policy and any other notices posted by EasyBidHub, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyBidHub regarding your use of the platform. If a conflict arises between these Terms and any seller-specific terms, these Terms will prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
EasyBidHub’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of rights. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.
Neither EasyBidHub nor a seller will be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or supply shortages.
Further Assurances: You agree to provide necessary documentation and take reasonable actions to complete transactions on the platform.
Independent Parties: These Terms of Use do not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and EasyBidHub.
14. Modifications to Terms
EasyBidHub reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app message, email, or a notice on our website.
The latest version of these Terms of Use will always be available through the “Terms of Use” link at the bottom of the website. Your continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the beginning of these Terms of Use.
15.1. Notifications
If you are the winner of a Contract Sale Listing and awarded a Contract Sale Agreement, you will receive a Contract Sale Agreement Notification from EasyBidHub informing you of your award. This Contract Sale Agreement Notification is distinct from the Winning Bid Notification; you will receive a Winning Bid Notification for each Installment under the Contract Sale Agreement with specific terms related to that Installment. Please note there are no separate Listings for the Installments; your win under the Contract Sale Agreement covers them all.
15.2. Payments
(a) If you win a Contract Sale Listing and are awarded a Contract Sale Agreement, you may be required to submit a deposit within 48 hours (or the timeframe stated in the Contract Sale Agreement Notification) of EasyBidHub sending the Contract Sale Agreement Notification. The deposit amount will be specified in the Contract Sale Agreement Terms. If any portion of your deposit remains unused when the Contract Sale Agreement concludes, those funds will be returned to you. Failure to comply with these Contract Sale Program Terms, including timely payment of fees, will result in forfeiture of your deposit at the conclusion of the agreement. If you fail to pay on time three or more times during the Contract Sale Agreement term, you may be required to place a deposit equal to at least one Installment’s estimated value, as determined by EasyBidHub.
(b) Payments for each Installment are due within one business day (or as otherwise specified in the Contract Sale Agreement Notification) upon receipt of a Winning Bid Notification. The amount due for each Installment will be detailed in the Winning Bid Notification. Different payment methods may be used for each Installment, as specified in the Contract Sale Agreement.
(c) If the required deposit or any Installment payment is not made on time, you must pre-fund your EasyBidHub account at least one week before future Installments until the Contract Sale Agreement concludes. Failure to pre-fund your account authorizes EasyBidHub to charge any payment method on file to fund your account.
(d) You authorize EasyBidHub to apply your account balance to any Installments under the Contract Sale Agreement.
(e) Certain Contract Sale Agreements may specify particular payment methods or require approval for net payment terms.
15.3. Installments and Orders
(b) By winning a Contract Sale Agreement:
(i) You agree to pay for and accept delivery of all Inventory in Installments as outlined in the Contract Sale Agreement Terms.
(ii) You authorize EasyBidHub to assign Inventory for each Installment and create an Installment order whenever Inventory becomes available.
(iii) You agree that EasyBidHub will:
Create Listings representing the Inventory in each Installment.
Set the Installment price per the Contract Sale Agreement Terms.
Place bids on Installments on your behalf.
Notify you with a Winning Bid Notification.
(c) Installments will be shipped to the shipping address associated with your Contract Sale Listing unless updated in accordance with Section 4.
(d) Certain Contract Sale Agreements may allow you to skip one weekly Installment with prior notice to EasyBidHub, as detailed in the Contract Sale Agreement Terms.
15.4. Shipping
(a) Shipping costs for each Installment may reflect those shown during the Contract Sale Listing unless otherwise noted in the Contract Sale Agreement Terms.
(b) For shipping to multiple locations, you must contact EasyBidHub for approval and to obtain accurate shipping costs for each address.
(c) Changes to the shipping address are subject to EasyBidHub’s approval and may result in higher shipping costs.
(d) You must maintain a valid Reseller Certificate on file for each state where Installments will be shipped. If a Reseller Certificate is not on file for a state, shipments will be sent to an approved address linked to your account.
(e) Installments may be shipped the same day or within one business day of payment for the Installment. You must be prepared to accept shipments as soon as they are made available.
(f) Some sellers may allow buyer-arranged shipping. If this option is available, you will be notified in the Contract Sale Listing or separately. If you opt for buyer-arranged shipping:
You will not be charged shipping costs.
You must schedule recurring pickups directly with the seller.
All Inventory must be picked up within one business day of receiving the Winning Bid Notification.
15.5. Cancellation of Contract Sale Agreements
The seller and/or EasyBidHub reserve the right to cancel your Contract Sale Agreement for any reason.
If you cancel a Contract Sale Agreement before its conclusion, you agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the GMV for the remaining Installments. For example, if 20 Installments remain, the fee will equal the GMV of two Installments.
15.6. Violation of These Contract Sale Program Terms
Failure to comply with these Contract Sale Program Terms may result in:
(i) Cancellation of your Contract Sale Agreement.
(ii) Suspension or termination of your access to Contract Sale Listings.
(iii) Suspension or termination of your bidding rights on Contract Sale Listings.
(iv) Suspension or termination of your bidding rights on EasyBidHub entirely.
