Marketplace use

EasyBidHub provides an online auction platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not take title to listed goods except where explicitly stated in a specific sale agreement.

Bidding and payment

A bid is a binding offer to purchase the lot at your bid price plus applicable buyer's premium, taxes, and fees disclosed on the lot page. Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe specified by the seller or auction terms.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, honor pickup or shipping terms, and comply with applicable laws. EasyBidHub may suspend accounts that violate marketplace policies.

Limitation of liability

EasyBidHub is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
